Now Booking Milestone Studio Sessions

I recently renovated the Long Beach studio space and I am so in love with it. I wanted the space to have an earthy and natural look to it and be one that allows for natural and relaxed lifestyle images. When decorating with photography in mind, I try my best to incorporate an array of textures. Adding texture adds dimension to images. Although I incorporated some earthy textures like rattan and green plants, the studio is a very neutral space that allows for bright and airy images.

When I created the space, I had my newborn and maternity clients in mind, but upon completion it is perfect for any milestone session. The images taken in the studio will be relaxed and natural, which means I no longer use backdrops, with the exception of the annual studio holiday set.

I recently photographed this beautiful little girl in the newly imagined space for her first birthday photos. Mom did not want a cake smash for this session; instead, we went for simple and timeless images of her daughter and sibling photos. I always try to make things easy for my clients, so I sent mom over links with outfit suggestions for the girls that would work well in the studio. Can you even take how adorable this little lady’s birthday ensemble is? It is too adorable.

My studio is now open and available for sessions. In honor of the reopening of the studio, I will be hosting two special days of mini sessions on March 26th and April 2nd. The mini sessions are perfect for: updated photos of your children, Communion portraits, birthday portraits, or mommy and me photos.
