A Fun Beach Family Session
There is nothing quite like spending time with an old friend, especially when you get to share that time with your children. My friend Laura recently visited from North Carolina. Laura and I were college friends and lived a town away from each other post college. Laura moved to North Carolina about 15 years ago and this was only the third time we have seen each other in those years. Laura is one of those friends that no matter how much time passes, it feels like it was just yesterday that we were together. I always laugh when I am with her.
While she was visiting Long Island, we decided to update her family portraits and do a beach sunset family session. We grabbed some ices from Ralph's Italian Ices and then walked to the beach to watch the gorgeous sunset and capture some memories. The kids had a blast playing in the ocean and the sand and we were able to catch some really candid and authentic images of them as a family. Here are a few of my favorites.
